Center-pivot irrigation (sometimes called central pivot irrigation), also called waterwheel and circle irrigation, Center-pivot irrigation sprinkler is a method of crop irrigation in which equipment rotates around a pivot and crops are watered with sprinklers. A circular area centered on the pivot is irrigated, often creating a circular pattern in crops when viewed from above (sometimes referred to as crop circles). Most center pivots were initially water-powered, and today most are propelled by electric motors.
The water comes into the water turbine by pressure, using water kinetic energy drive water turbine rotating, which drag PE pipe and realize sprinkler car uniform recycling, meanwhile, the water in the PE pipe transmission to the boom and sprinkler nozzle by pressure, and realize sprinkling.
River and bore well can be the water resource of the fixed point, the water transports through main pipes and sprinklers, finally applied to the field. The advantage of this irrigation system is to use less labor and water to irrigate 13-130ha from one water feeding point. Steel structure of special design can satisfy different lengths of the machine. One span with one overhang is the simplest machine you can choose for small land. The heavy duty design can be extend to more than 11 spans (650m) with the angles and bolt pivot anchors strong enough to fight windstorm.
